Brooke's First Santa and Snow

Today we all loaded up and headed to Helen, GA for Brooke to see Santa.  Yes, we probably passed 25 other places to visit Santa on the way and yes, it was the coldest, windy day we have had this winter, but it was SO WORTH IT!
Santa and Mrs. Claus couldn't wait to get their hands on Brooke.  They are such an adorable couple!
We were so proud of Brooke...she actually did great for her first visit with Santa.
I hope when she was telling him what she would like for Christmas, that she also let him know that Mommy would like a winning lotto ticket =)
And then as we had anticipated, Brooke realized she did not know this man in a red suit with a white beard and she was done.
As Brooke was visiting with Santa, snow began falling in big, fat, flakes all around us, blanketing the cute little town of Helen in a white dust.
Snow is not common in the south, so we really enjoy it when it does happen (except for the cold part).
This was Brooke's first experience with snowflakes too!  She kept trying to reach out a grab them as they fell.
It was a really fun day!
